Hi, everyone! My name is Alex and I'm 27 years old. I'm here to make sure your English learning journey is fun and meaningful. In my class, we make sure to use lessons tailored to your goals and needs. A little something about me, I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Communications Arts and a major in writing. I also used to be part of theatre productions back in college. I love music and I sing too. I also love travelling, but so far Taiwan is the only other country I've been too. I've visited it multiple times and it really has a place in my heart. That's it, I hope to meet you and help you achieve your English learning goals!

The English learning methods we'll use in our class will depend on your specific goals and needs. We can use:
• task-based (lessons include real-world tasks),
• content-based (we talk about a specific topic you love or would like to know about)
For speaking classes, our lessons will include a set of target vocabulary and/or structures we'll try to use throughout the lesson. Our lessons will include questions about the topic which shall provoke your ideas and encourage you to speak.
For creative writing classes, our sessions can include pre-reading essays and discussing their content and style in class. After exposing to you writing styles, you will write your own essay which we will aso discuss in class.
Of course, these are just examples. Our course flow shall also consider what you say works for you.
I teach all ages, but I specialize in teaching adult professionals, teens, college students, or all adults with minimal to advanced English skills.
