My teaching style would be learning by doing by Maria
Montessori. Students learn best when they were able to experience authentic and useful
materials that they can use in their daily life. I make sure to prepare lesson plans in
advance, have a meeting with my co-teachers, create fun and engaging lessons using
Kahoot, Wordwall, and Canva.
I discovered that students have different learning styles and intelligences. So, I carefully
design my lessons that will suit their needs and abilities. For fast learner students, I
usually ask questions to let them think about how to solve a problem or let them share
their ideas in class. I let them use the English language to speak out their thoughts. Fast
learner students are encouraged to help slow learners in my class so no one is left behind.
For slow learner students, some effective ways for them to learn are through pictures,
body language, speaking in a slow pace, let them listen and repeat after the teacher and
a lot of practice to make it perfect. I also have one on one tutorial if some students find it
difficult to catch up in class. It is very important that my students are given a chance to
try their best and discover their talents in class. We also have listening, reading, writing,
and speaking practice. I encourage them that speaking English can make them confident
when they are speaking to a foreigner, travelling, and studying in a foreign country in the
future.

My teaching style is interactive and engaging. First, I make sure that the students will have more output. So, they usually start reading aloud vocabulary words that they will encounter in our lesson. Then, we will have a warm up ice breaker game and brainstorming activities that will help them think critically. Next, we will start the lesson by reading, listening, and writing activities, watching videos. Finally, students will answer comprehension questions to check their understanding about the topic. At the end of the lesson, students will have a wrap up by having a groupor individual activity that assess their knowledge about the topic.
