I am an English teacher who sees language not as a set of rules to be memorized but as a living system for connection and discovery. My teaching is built on the belief that profound confidence in communication is the ultimate goal. I foster this through a student-centered, interactive environment where we deconstruct complex texts—from classic literature to modern media—as a springboard for critical thought. My method is patient, tailored, and practical, focusing on how language functions in the real world. In a class, I aim to create a dynamic workshop where each voice is heard and refined. I guide learners to move beyond basic comprehension to nuanced analysis and persuasive self-expression. My ultimate satisfaction comes from witnessing a student find the precise word, craft a compelling argument, or share an insight that bridges understanding, knowing they have unlocked a new tool for navigating their academic and personal world.
