我是 Vivien，一位在台灣的英文老師，也是兩個孩子的母親。在課堂上，我致力於點燃學生對英語的熱情；回到家，則要應對兩個小寶貝的活力挑戰：快八歲的 Max 和正值第一個叛逆期的六歲女兒 Zoe。每天的生活就像一場在專業與母職間不斷切換的奇幻旅程，雖然時常感到疲憊，但只要看見孩子們燦爛的笑容，便覺得這一切的付出，都是生命中最甜美的回報。

我的英文，不是為了考試而存在的。
它來自生活、來自真實的使用，也來自長時間與孩子、與世界互動的累積。
英文對我而言，不是一門炫耀程度的工具，而是一種溝通、理解與陪伴的語言。
我用英文說故事、傾聽孩子、安撫不安、引導表達，也用它拉近人與人之間的距離。
我不是要求孩子「完美地說英文」的老師，
我是陪孩子慢慢敢說、願意說、喜歡說的那一個。
我的英文有口音嗎？有。
會犯錯嗎？當然。
但它是真實的、活著的、能被拿來使用的英文。
而我希望孩子學到的，也正是這樣的英文。

About Me and My English｜English Version
My English was not built for exams.
It was shaped through real life, real use, and years of interaction with children and the world around me.
To me, English is not a tool to show off proficiency.
It is a language for connection, understanding, and companionship.
I use English to tell stories, listen to children, calm emotions, and guide expression.
It brings people closer, rather than pushing them apart.
I am not a teacher who asks children to speak English perfectly.
I am the teacher who walks with them until they feel safe enough to speak,
brave enough to try, and happy enough to enjoy it.
Do I have an accent? Yes.
Do I make mistakes? Of course.
But my English is real, alive, and meant to be used.
And that is exactly the kind of English I hope my students will learn.

我的英文教學風格以溫暖、互動與理解孩子為核心。
我相信每個孩子都有獨特的學習節奏與個性，因此在教學中，我會花時間觀察、傾聽，並依照孩子的特質給予適合的引導，而不是用同一種方式要求所有孩子。
課堂中，我擅長運用故事、繪本、圖像、肢體動作與幽默感，讓英文變得具體、有畫面、好理解。
我重視孩子「敢開口說」的安全感，而不是只追求標準答案。錯誤在我的課堂裡不是失敗，而是學習正在發生的證明。
我用真心陪伴學習，讓孩子在被尊重、被理解的環境中，自然培養英文能力與自信。
家長看到的不只是成果，更能感受到我對每一位孩子長期且穩定的投入。

My English teaching style is warm, interactive, and child-centered.
I truly believe that every child learns differently, so I take time to observe, listen, and adjust my teaching based on each child’s personality and learning pace—rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
In my classroom, I use stories, picture books, visuals, body movement, and humor to make English meaningful, concrete, and easy to understand.
I focus on creating a safe environment where children feel confident to speak. Making mistakes is not failure—it’s a natural and valuable part of learning.
I teach with genuine care and long-term commitment, helping children build not only English skills but also confidence and a positive attitude toward learning.
Parents often see not just progress, but also my sincere dedication to every child.
